Itinerary

Day 1 Islamabad:

You will be greeted by the team of Hunza Adventure Tours at Islamabad International airport then transfer along with your luggage to a centrally located hotel in Islamabad.

Day 2 Islamabad – Skardu:

Early in the morning, we will take a scenic and breathtaking flight that takes us to Skardu the capital town of the Baltistan region. On arrival in Skardu then we will check-in at the hotel after a short rest then we will visit Kachura a picturesque lake of Baltistan where we can do boating at Kachura lake and later drive to Skardu town where the rest of the day is free to take a walk through old bazaars. Overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 3Skardu – Shiger Valley:

In the Morning after breakfast then we will drive to Shigar Valley a contrast of greenery as well as desert known as the cold desert on the way to Shigar Valley. Crossing the Indus river and driving through a sandy land, we reach in green and fertile Shigar Valley. At Shigar, we will visit the old mosque and Shigar Fort residence. Overnight stay in Shiger Valley.

Day 4Shiger – Khaplu Valley:

In the morning after breakfast at the hotel then we drive to Khaplu Valley about 3-4 hours drive arrival in Khaplu Valley to check-in at the hotel after a short rest then we will visit Khaplu fort and rest of the day free for cherry blossom photography around Khaplu Valley, visit some old traditional local houses, meet local people, see the Balti Culture, evening back to the hotel. Overnight in Khaplu Valley.

Day 5Khaplu – Hushe Valley:

After taking our breakfast we drive towards Hushe Valley, One of the highest Villages in the once extremely remote and impoverished Valley, at an elevation of 3,050m. The Hushe Valley runs from Masherbrum Mountain, at Elevation of 7,821m 24th highest Mountain in the World, We do some hiking around Hushe, Visit village, see the Culture and living style, lunch at Hushe, evening return back to Khaplu. Overnight stay in Khalpu Valley.

Day 6Khaplu Valley – Skardu:

After taking breakfast we drive to Skardu, 3-4 hours drive arrival in Skardu check-in at the hotel and in the afternoon free time for shopping or sightseeing in Skardu, Overnight in Skardu.

Day 7Skardu Baltistan – Karimabad Hunza Valley:

In the morning after breakfast then we will drive to Karimabad Hunza Valley following the furious River Indus, we arrive at KKH and make a spectacular stop at Rakaposhi viewpoint. crossing several villages of Nagar and Hunza Valley we arrive at Karimabad the capital town of Hunza Valley after a short rest then we will go for the sunset Safari Safari to Eagles Nest. Overnight stay in Karimabad Hunza Valley.

Day 8Karimabad Hunza Valley – Baltit – Altit Forts:

In the morning after breakfast, we will visit Baltit Fort Karimabad local bazaar, Altit Fort, Altit old village and in the afternoon we will do the water channel walk. Overnight stay in Karimabad Hunza.

Day 9Karimabad –Hopper – Attabad – Gulmit Upper Hunza Valley:

In the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Hopper Valley after lunch then we will drive to Attabad Lake boating in Attabad Lake then further drive to Gulmit arrival in Gulmit check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Gulmit Upper Hunza Valley.

Day 10Gulmit – Borith Lake – Suspension Bridges:

This day is very interesting, as in the first nearly half an hour we will drive to Hussaini Village and we will visit Hussaini suspension bridges, then we will drive up to Upper Borith walking up to the viewpoint of Passu white glacier then drive to Passu village after lunch then we will have a village visit after completing the visit then we will drive back to Gulmit. Overnight Stay in Gulmit Upper Hunza Valley.

Day 11 Excursion – Khunjerab Pass:

Full-day excursions to Khunjerab pass (The border between Pakistan and China). In the olden days, there were few highs passes leading from China that were suitable for travel. Today the Khunjerab Pass, which at an altitude of 4733 m the highest point in the world on the Karakorum highway, provides an easy all-weather entry from Pakistan to the famous Sinkiang province of the people‟s Republic of China. This route is a beautiful drive, with views of the high mountains of the Karakoram & the distant Pamir mountain ranges. At Khunjerab, now declared a national park, one can see Marcopolo Sheep, Snow leopard, Himalayan Ibexes. In the evening return back to the hotel.

Day 12Gulmit – Besham:

Early in the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Besham en-route we will stop for photography and lunch then drive to Besham arrival in Besham check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in stay in Besham.

Day 13Besham – Islamabad:

In the morning after breakfast then we will drive to Islamabad en-route visit the Taxila museum then drive to Islamabad. In Islamabad, we will visit Shah Faisal Mosque, Pakistan Monument, and Daman – e – Koh after the farewell dinner party then we will drop you at the airport to catch the flight back home
